You should have received an email with subject "Your visit to x+why Unity Place" from [email protected] — this will provide details on how to obtain your visitor pass upon arrival. Please double check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Locate Check-in Machine

Find an available visitor check-in machine (vpod) in the lobby

Enter Your Details

Select Check-In, select 'x+why', and then enter your full name

Collect Your Pass

Collect your visitor pass from one of the Guest Services staff

Please wait in the city-side seated area and we will come to collect you
